Who we are

Vertex Core Academy is run by Vertex, the studio at vertexcore.studio.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store what you type in the form: your name, email, country, WhatsApp number if you add one, where you're starting, what you want most, what you learn on, what you could pay, whether you're a student and where you heard about us. We also store the page that referred you, your browser type and the country your connection comes from, so we can plan call times and payment options.

What we use it for

• To email you about the academy, and to WhatsApp you if you gave a number.
• To plan the first cohort: prices, call times, payment methods and scholarships.

We don't sell your details or share them with advertisers. They're stored with our database provider, Supabase, and only the academy team can read them.

Your choices

Every email has a way to leave the list. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@vertexcore.studio with the subject "VCA privacy" and we'll do it within 30 days.

Cookies

We don't use tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser.
